So how we met …..We met years ago as teenagers and I always secretly fancied him! I was basically stalking him with my friends going to the rugby club to watch him on weekends and then years later he finally noticed me, we had our first date just over 3 years ago and we never left each other’s side from that moment.

Our wedding day was so emotional as you know we both lost our dads, me only losing my dad just a few months prior to the wedding but my dad was so determined we went along with our plans. I have been obsessed with Lindos ever since my friend got married there and have visited multiple times. I took rob there and he was planning on proposing but didn’t know where. He fell in love with lindos instantly also and decided there would be no better place than Lindos and surprised me day 1 of our holiday at Tambakio! We messaged my friend who her wedding planner in lindos was and it was you  she couldn’t praise you enough and getting in contact with you was the best thing we ever did

I wanted my hair up but a casual loose style to go with my boho theme! I’d have loved hair down but the frizz would have been insane in the Greek heat.

Make up I asked for a simple look also to go with the boho theme but to make my lips pop for that first I do kiss! I had a vail and I did have some hair jewellery but that was the one thing I forgot and left at home!! Still to this day I cannot find it!

I wanted simple but effecting decor and a boho theme like earlier mentioned! Plenty of fairy lights and instead of flowers we love the pampas grass look which just blew everyone away! So in style at the moment. I didn’t want anything to take away from the breath taking venue of amphitheater!

 We went for amphitheater never seeing it simply for the views! I’ve been Parked outside so many times over looking that amazing view of lindos and I wanted to be looking at that the day we said I do and have that experience for all of my guests. I knew they would fall in love. It was the most romantic setting so we were so glad we didn’t over do decor and let the flower/pampas display speak for itself.

Three words to describe our day - unforgettable, magical, breath taking.

Colour scheme was to to stick to no bright colours. All browns and creams.

Our favourite part of the day was once the dj came on and all our friends and family were over looking the views and just taking everything whilst dancing and holding each other. There was so much love in the air that day! And then we were treated to a lightening show over the acropolis just before midnight as the night was coming to an end! We still to this day say it was our dads providing us with fireworks on our day.

The food was insane! We stayed simple with the mains and and dessert! Chicken and chocolate but so delicious! The starter stole the show! The meze platter they were huge, everyone was so impressed! We all thought it was to share between two but you had it all to yourself and it looked so beautiful!

Entertainment was the beautiful violinist! Wow was she a show stopper!!

Our biggest advice to give is just trust in karen and her team! At times I said to myself, this is way too easy!! The team are so laid back it can’t be this easy! But wow you must be doing all the stressing behind the scenes on our behalves because I saw none of it and the day could not have gone smoother or more perfect! We had two meetings and some how in that time you got everything I imagined in my head! You go above and beyond!

I’d also say, say yes!! Say yes to everything you want in that first initial meeting, you can always take things away once the invoice comes through but we never did and we have no regrets! Also, The fairy lights package is a must! When it starts to go dark on an evening it just makes the venues look so magical!

You come away from this experience feeling so much love and contentment, I can’t think of a better setting to get married.
