We just wanted to say thank you for everything you all did to make our wedding perfect.

It was an absolute whirlwind and now we wish so much we could do it all over again!

Loved seeing our pictures and cannot wait to see the video to relive the best day of our lives!

The boat trip that you organised was also amazing, everyone loved it and it was a perfect event before our big day! Thank you for also changing the meeting point the day before so that all our guests could participate. We have attached a picture for you.

You ladies are all so lovely and we are so sad it’s all over.. Lindos will always be our special place.

I honestly cannot thank Karen and everyone at Lindos Weddings for making our day just so magical and perfect! We had the most amazing time! From day one of organising to the day of the wedding, you have thought of everything and it was the most relaxing day. Words cannot explain just how much we loved yesterday!

It wasn’t by chance that my husband picked up Karen Harvey in his black taxi in London 3 years ago and as they began chatting he told her that he was going to propose to me and she replied that she was a wedding planner in Greece!

We honestly believe that he met Karen by fate because without her and Lindos Weddings Karen Harvey we wouldn’t have had the wedding of our dreams. Thank you to the whole team at Lindos weddings for having the patience to help organise our 4th wedding date due to Covid! It was absolute perfection from start to finish and I can honestly say it was the best day of our lives. Our guests were all blown away by the whole day, starting at the stunning st. Paul’s bay for our Greek Orthodox ceremony and moving on to our stunning Reception Venue.

The electric violinist was absolutely incredible and I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in having live music.

One of the biggest highlights of our whole day was the Greek dancers – anyone thinking of having these you absolutely must! They got all our guests up dancing and it was just brilliant!

Everything was just amazing and I am so grateful for Karen, Yvonee, Sarah, Despina and the whole team for making it the most perfect day of our lives! I would highly recommend Lindos Weddings Karen Harvey for anyone planning a wedding in Lindos, you are in the best hands ❤️👰🏻🧿🇬🇷

Our wedding on the 5th of July was better than we ever imagined it was going to be so the post to follow is giving some thanks, assurance to those who have upcoming dates and those who are undecided and looking for some inspiration .

The team of planners at Karen Harvey Lindos weddings were unbelievable, the days leading up to the wedding from when we first met in person everyone was great. Nothing was a problem, attention to detail with the planning and constantly putting our mind at ease. On the wedding day it was the same, talking us through the plans and making us feel relaxed always, even through the 30odd degree heat!

The boats were a great part of the day, helped cool off a bit with the breeze and definitely got the party started. Our guests absolutely loved it and a great opportunity for some nice photographs and laughs. We had 3 boats to fit 96 guests.

Kyma bar and restaurant. A huge thank you to Gemma and the rest of the staff there. We had visited Kyma a few years earlier before we were even engaged or considering venues so we knew the location and views from the restaurant.
This was easily the best decision we made in choosing Kyma for our reception venue.
The layout and setup was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. The food was out of this world and all the guests have also commented back to us the same opinion. The night flowed smoothly and service was great. Again nothing was an issue and constantly updating us on anything happening.

Another thank you Mark Usher for dj’ing. Entertainment was great. The dance floor was never empty from the moment the Greek dancers arrived (straight after dinner) to the closing tune of the night.

The Greek dancers were great. Kept it a surprise for all the guests and another big plus on the night we were so glad we booked. What a laugh and great entertainment!

We were asked a few days after from a family member, if we could change anything about the day what would it be… We were both stumped. Not a single thing!!! It was honestly the best day and not only is that thanks to all our friends and family who made the efforts in joining us in Greece but also huge thanks those mentioned above. All made our day very special and we were so happy with everything. Wish we could do it all over again!

I had read all of the accolades on social media from other couples and also having met you all I was certain we were in good hands.
However, all the kind words don’t capture exactly how amazing you all were.
Everything went like clockwork.
Nothing was too much trouble and your girls were brilliant.

On 04.09.2021 we finally married after 3 date changes due to Covid & family reasons, and a whole year later from originally planned.

I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank certain people and Karen’s suppliers who made our day ‘a real life fairy tale’ described by our guests!

Thank you so much to Karen for all the Facebook messages, emails and support for the last two years and it was lovely to finally meet you in person – I will miss messaging you about random candle meltdowns after 2 years of chewing off your ear!

Thank you to the lovely Yvonne for the venue tours back in 2019, for the telephone meeting, our meeting at the office & being there on the day with the lovely Sarah!

Also a huuuuge thank you to Lorna who dealt with my decor meltdowns, midnight emails & battle with #teamhydrangea – I never did win haha!
She really did make the planning so stress free – it’s so hard planning from oversee’s through emails without physically being there seeing it, but she made it as stress free as possible!

Thank you so much to Nigal for our hair! Him and his team were so professional on the day! With a quick show of a Pinterest photograph he worked his magic so quickly and so easily! Our hair didn’t move all day – cannot recommend enough they were brilliant!

Sax – he was bloody INCREDIBLE! Such a talented man that blew our guests away – a lot of them said it was their favourite part & it really did set the mood for the day, we had him straight after the ceremony during reception drinks. He was amazing!!

The DJ man himself Mr Mark Usher…thank you for the brilliant tunes! We gave mark our playlist which he put together so professionally and we danced the night away!

The Greek dancers! Our FAVOURITE part! We cannot recommend getting them enough! They have you up dancing & playing games – they were so much fun!!!

Our cake was also delicious!!
Table decor we took our own logs, vases & place names & used some of Karen’s candles, as well as her glass package for our top table & it was beautiful!
The chair sashes were through Karen too & olive napkin decor which tied everything in perfectly.

Thank you so much again Karen & your wonderful team!

Every stress, every tear, every meltdown was SO worth it! It really was the most incredible day of our lives!!

Ps…We also had a water fight in the sea the day after the wedding DO IT!!!

September 2018 was the best time of my life! I got to marry my best friend and I couldn’t of arranged a day as special as Lindos weddings did, our day was perfect from start to finish and such a dream come true. It was that perfect I recommendy best friend to them and we get to go back this year and we cannot wait as we know there day will be just as perfect

August 9th 2019 – Lindos Memories

Lindos Weddings made our wedding day even more perfect than we could ever have imagined. From my first initial email queries with Karen to a meeting in Lindos where we were shown a few of our potential venues helped us make our decision on Lindos Memories. The UK meeting took place in Manchester with Emily which was a fantastic and thorough meeting going through everything from meal choices down to cake toppings to chair sashes. Every little bit of our day was covered which meant we walked away from the meeting feeling confident that our day was in safe hands.

Prior and upon our arrival in Lindos, Lindos Weddings stayed in close contact throughout and helped not only with the wedding day but our pre-wedding boats and drinks venue at Lindos by Night. The night before the wedding was such a perfect evening which allowed us to see all of our wedding guests before our big day. We didn’t have to do a thing! Lindos Weddings also arranged a meal the night after our wedding for Phil and I in our favourite Lindos restaurant and a group meal for 24 family members in Lindos during our holiday.

The big day came and Yvonne was fabulous from start to finish. Her support and organisation was second to non, she ensured that the guests arrived from their organised coach transport and were seated as soon I was ready to leave the room as I was nervous about my guests being very hot waiting for me. My guests had only been sat a few minutes before I arrived which was a relief for me! Yvonne supported Phil and I through every step of the day and ensured we stuck to the time schedule we had planned beforehand meaning we got to enjoy each part of our day without rushing.

Overall, I cannot recommend Lindos Weddings enough. I can assure you, you are in perfectly safe hands with the Lindos Weddings ladies, they cannot do enough for their bride and grooms. If you want a stress free, beautiful wedding then Lindos Weddings are spot on for you.

Lindos Weddings made our dreams come true!

Karen and her team made wedding planning seem easy with their seamless organisation and professionalism. Their enthusiasm and passion for ensuring that you have the best day is clear and we felt in safe hands from the moment we sent our first email.

Our wedding day exceeded all of our expectations and it was perfect from start to finish.

Every minor detail of the day was carefully planned out and they catered to our every need.

All of the services we used were outstanding. Keeley and Scarlett made myself and my bridesmaids feel amazing with their hair and makeup expertise. Our photographer made us all feel at ease and captured some amazing moments from our day.

Yesterday, 30th Sept 2019, Chris and I married at St Paul’s Bay in Lindos.
Karen, Lorna, Yvonne and the team at Lindos Weddings could not of helped and assisted us any better than they did. From start to finish, the day was amazing! Fantastically organised. Keeley Ashton and Scarlett ‘pimpernel’ Scott made us girls look beautiful and our hairs were just perfect. We couldn’t have asked for better.
Mark Usher was amazing playing at our ceremony and then DJ in the evening. He really got the party started! And not forgetting Dimitris Anna Giantselidi at Odyssia for our reception. Where do I start,… Thursday I married my soul mate after 12 years.. my heart kept looking at St. Paul’s Bay so we followed it. We found Karen and her team at Lindos weddings and we couldn’t be more happier at the results of the most perfect day ever imagined! We can’t thank everyone involved enough.. Antonis Giannelis for photography and Tracey for videography! Yvonne for going through everything and making us feel reassured at our meeting in Lindos, Lorna for being amazing on our day and going through everything with Reece before walking his mum down the aisle.. and for capturing the hearts of my boys emotional Finley and cheeky Frankie. Mark Usher for playing a beautiful instrumental walking down to my hubby to be and then getting our party started. Michaelis at The Dolphins restaurant for supplying the most beautiful tastiest bbq buffet, all our guests commented on how Amazing the food was and Leah at dolphins could not do enough, she was professional, polite and utterly amazing during the whole evening… and we had a good boogie ?? Keeley and her team for making me and my bridesmaids look beautiful ? even the drivers were amazing, Reassuring a very nervous hubby to be. Just Everything!!!! Lindos Weddings made our day on 9.9.19 perfect in every way! Thankyou so much to everyone involved we couldn’t have asked for better. Our photos taken by Antonis are beautiful, and we can’t wait to see our video. Everyone commented how personal and emotional the ceremony was with Mark Usher on the guitar playing and singing some of our favourites. Our wedding planners made sure that everything ran smoothly and the food and decorations at dolphins were amazing. Just wanted once again to Thank you and for all what your team provided Celebrating our special day with families and friends last Friday. They thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful setting at St Paul’s Bay. The most delicious food and the great service at Cesar’s Meze Bar. The saxophonist a must, he was amazing and for letting us choose our own song too. We received such glowing feedback and we couldn’t be happier. You made a girl’s dream come true!
Another memory to take home with us, as we are sure everyone else as they have all said they’ll be back.

We were married last Friday 12th July @ 5pm at the Melenos. After a year of planning we had the most spectacular day which will be held in our hearts forever ? we would like to thank Karen Harvey for your endless emails of organising, Yvonne and Lorna for your patience guidance help and never ending support beforehand and in our Wedding day. On Monday 24th June 2019 we got married at St Pauls Bay, and had our reception at Medeast. When we booked the date with Karen we could never of imagined how perfect it would be. I am a complete control freak, but i knew i could trust Lindos Weddings with our day, based on all the positive reviews from past brides. The support Karen has provided from the beginning has been second to none. She has been so patient with me bombarding her with emails, and answering all my questions. A special thanks of course to Karen, but also to Yvonne, Lorna and Kate, who were all amazing in bringing our day together and making it what it was. Thank you to Antonis and Tracy for being there to capture our day, it was so hot but they kept on going to try and get the best photos for us, we cannot wait to get all our photos and the DVD. Thanks also to Keeley and Scarlett for hair and make up, we all loved our hair and my make up. And Mark Usher for providing our entertainment at both the ceremony and in the evening, he was great.
Even though it was 45 degrees on our wedding day we wouldn’t change a thing, we loved every second from start to finish, and our guests loved it too.
Lindos Weddings really are the best, words are not enough to express how grateful we are for giving us the best day of our lives. We have memories which we, and our guests will treasure forever. Thank you Lindos Weddings from the bottom of our hearts.

I know this gets posted on a regular basis but we honestly cannot thank the team at Lindos Weddings Karen Harvey enough for all of their amazing help and support over the past few years and especially their help with our amazing day yesterday.

First shout out to Yvonne for our super in depth meeting in Lindos to help set our minds at ease. Also thank you to Keeley and Scarlett for their amazing make up skills!! Can’t recommend them enough!Mark Usher for his fabulous guitar skills and Dj set.

The unbelievable Antonis Giannelis who put us at ease from the moment we met him and we cannot wait to see his work!! And last but absolutely not least Karen Harvey herself for the endless email correspondence and running the tightest ship!!

Married 24th May 2018 at Lindos Beach and it was the best day of my life. Karen and the team helped sort every little detail so it was stress free and pure perfection. We had drama with our original ceremony place where it got cancelled but Karen kept us updated every step of the way and found us another stunning ceremony at Lindos Beach ❤️ honestly can’t thank the team enough for making our wedding the best day of our lives ❤

The best day ever! Lindos weddings are beyond amazing. Our day far exceeded our expectations and the attention to detail was phenomenal! If I could do it all again I would in a heartbeat! X

I had a thousand thoughts, images and ideas during the build up to our wedding of how things would look and feel.
Never once did I come close to how it did feel!
I have spent the most magical couple of weeks surrounded by the people I love having a total ball in the most beautiful surroundings!
I cannot recommend the boat trip enough, we ended up with two boats and it is the best decision we could’ve made!
The water station was a must and I’m so glad it was an option!
Skala is the most beautiful location. The table decoration with stunning.
We partied from the second we jumped on the boats children and adults alike!! ??

Married 2 years ago today ❤️ where has time gone? It really was the most magical and most amazing day. Lindos will always be our little piece of heaven on earth. We met 6 years ago today and married 2 years ago today, exactly 4 years ago to the day we met. We first went there as a couple when I were expecting our daughter Zara (after 2 miscarriages) and it was on that holiday we just KNEW that was exactly where we wanted to return to become husband & wife ❤️

We had our day on the 14th June. Being home sucks ☹️. Karen and her team made our day so special! We wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. All the ladies were so lovely and our photographer/videographer were so funny and made us feel so comfortable, even in the heat. We cannot wait to see our photos. We recieved our translated marriage license today ?. We would highly recommend lindos weddings for anyones wedding day, they go above and beyond to make it extra special. We cannot thank you enough. We had the most perfect day thanks to Karen and her team ❤️ We have such amazing memories of our day and wish we could go back and do it all again! Future couples, you couldn’t wish for a better team to plan your day and I can promise it will be the best decision you ever made xxx ???

We’d been together for twenty years and to mark the occasion we decided to get married, and as we know and love Lindos we thought it would be the perfect location. My wife is very shy and doesn’t like fuss, so we wanted the smallest possible wedding – just the two of us – and to keep it all secret until we got home. One email to Lindos Weddings was all it took, and within a few days we had our wedding date booked and the planning could begin!

Karen and the team were absolutely fantastic right from that first moment of contact. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained clearly in emails we received, and every single person we met from the UK consultant to the ladies in Lindos before and after our wedding, Keeley the make-up artist and the lady who took the fantastic photographs was friendly and helpful. We felt like we were in safe hands throughout, and were being looked after people who really cared for us and our day.

The Lindos Weddings team provided exceptional and personal service, from the very first email, throughout the whole planning process and even after our wedding. Nothing was too much trouble to make our big day so special.

Our very own Lindos wedding in July 2012 was truly magical; we were married at St Paul’s Chapel, followed by a Champagne cruise, a walk through the beautiful Lindos Village and finishing with a laid back beach front reception. With Karen, Laurence and the team we were in the best hands and everything ran seamlessly on the day.
Both us and all of our guests had an amazing day; we wish we could do it all over again! The icing on the cake is the fantastic photos we have as wonderful memories.

Our event was in November so we didn’t want a typical sunshine wedding. My husband is Italian, so Karen And Laurence arranged for us to be married in the beautiful Catholic Church of Our Lady Of Victory (Sancta Maria) in Rhodes Town, followed then by a reception in a trendy boutique hotel called the Rodos Park
The whole event was flawless from beginning to end and we were made to feel so special. We would happily recommend this wonderful couple to arrange any wedding, small or large. Their years of experience show in all of the hard work and effort that they put in tp making all of the arrangements work beautifully.

From the very 1st email sent as an enquiry (which I also sent to every other wedding organiser in Lindos) you were the 1st to reply with a lovely welcome and a plenty of information. This never ceased thought out the year of planning our special day… and what a day. When we met Kirstin in the UK it was so relaxed and we chose everything from cake’s to fairy lights. Our friend renamed our wedding “fish bowl & fairy light” due to the fine details we went through. We found this a great comfort to meet and plan face to face in the UK. The thought of booking everything through an online brochure just didn’t appeal to us at all.

Karen talked us through all the paperwork procedure which seemed daunting at the time but with Lindos Weddings always there to lend a helping hand it was way easier to collect all together. As we arrived in Lindos it was like meeting up with old friend’s when we came to the office, I know we gave you loads to sort out, I think we ordered everything possible you could offer. From church décor, violinist, saxophonist, Greek Dancer’s, DJ, video, photographer……………Wow, Photographer (ooh my ‘Tony’ What a star), we have the most incredible photo’s so different, relaxed and they all beautifully captured the day and moments,The video was brill too.

I still to this day do not know if anything went wrong………. it was perfect in every way as you all said it would be. We have described you all at Lindos wedding as “A beautiful flock of swans” so calm and relaxed on the surface whilst going 100 mph underneath.

We are so happy we chose Lindos Wedding as I really cannot see how anyone could possibly be more professional, compassionate and as efficient than you xx

Our wedding day was perfect – exactly what we had hoped it would be! It was made possible by Lindos Weddings!

From my very first telephone conversation with Karen I knew they were the people to guide us to achieving our dream. All of the staff we dealt with, either by email, telephone or face-to-face, were so lovely and, despite my many questions, didn’t seem tired of helping.
Karen was so enthusiastic and her ideas and vision brought everything together on the day just perfectly. There was no stress in the days leading up to to it or on the day itself. I really wish I could do it all again…..

It’s hard to put into words what an amazing day we had. Everything was so perfect & was way beyond what we had dreamed of. You are all amazing & worked so hard to create our wonderful day for us, the team is so professional & yet friendly at the same time. We always felt special with you & never like we were just another wedding, you really did make us feel that we were the only ones. The whole process has been great, right from the start, when we first booked we knew we were in safe hands, you answered all our questions with all your excellent long emails.

The day itself was the most amazing day of our lives, the only downside was that it all went too fast! All the planning you had done clearly showed as the whole day ran seamlessly, all our guests had a great time & were wowed by the whole day. My flowers were beautiful, Keeley did an amazing job of our hair & our Photographer was great, she knew exactly where to get the best photos, we can’t believe how wonderful they are. The reception at the Melenos was totally breath taking and really excellent. It truly was the best day ever so big thanks to you all.

We own a house locally so it was natural for us marry in Lindos, a place where our hearts feel at home. You might think that with our own local knowledge we may have made our own arrangements, but after a meeting in Lindos with Karen it became clear she had the know how, skills and professionalism to make our day extra special!

After getting to know us and the type of event we wanted Karen, came up with lots of great ideas we would have never considered. Like the sunshine on Rhodes, her long experience shone through and it wasn’t long before a plan was formulated at a very sensible budget.

The guys at Lindos Weddings managed the paperwork, organised the transport, musicians, chapel, Registrar, flowers and all else behind the scenes so well that they were practically transparent on the day and everything went like clockwork. For a meal we chose the enchanting restaurant Ambrosia for its first class food and service, truly food of the Gods for our special day.

Our friends and family stayed for a week locally in a mixture of villas and hotels to suit all budgets. We arranged a welcome BBQ on day two for everyone to get to know each other, a couple of days later the wedding, two days after a Greek party at another local restaurant with traditional dancing, spit-roasted lamb, buffet and singing. All for a fraction of the cost of a one day UK celebration.

I do not hesitate to recommend both Lindos Weddings, or indeed a ceremony in enchanting Lindos. For us it was a week filled with friends, family, laughter and love which will last a lifetime.

Our first holiday as a couple was to magical Lindos, where we instantly fell in love with the place, the unique atmosphere, the people and the food. So, a few years later when we got engaged there was only one location that we felt special enough for our big day!

We were unsure of how to go about planning a wedding abroad and felt that we needed the help of a wedding planner. We decided to go ahead with Lindos Weddings after reading several recommendations on the Internet and we were not disappointed! Karen and her team were highly professional, friendly and approachable which meant that we were able to relax and enjoy the wedding planning process knowing our big day was safe in their hands.

We were able to personalise every aspect of our wedding to our needs and tastes with the guidance of Lindos Weddings. The day itself ran like clockwork which was all down to Lindos Wedding’s team who were discreetly on hand throughout the day overseeing the smooth running of the wedding. We had the best day of our lives and could not recommend Lindos Weddings highly enough – we only wish we could do it all over again!

My husband and I got married at St Paul’s Bay, Lindos in September 2011. Choosing wedding planners was not difficult as Lindos Weddings had been highly recommended by a friend. Right from our first contact, Karen, Laurence and the Lindos Weddings team were brilliant and gave us so much support and advice in planning our big day. For this we cannot thank them enough. After arriving in Lindos our first meeting with Karen instantly put our minds at ease and banished any pre-wedding nerves. The wedding day was perfect including the weather and the beautiful view from St Paul’s bay was captured perfectly by the fantastic photographers. I may be biased but our photos are definitely the best wedding shots I’ve ever seen!! We decided on a boat cruise after the ceremony which we would highly recommend as all of our guests thoroughly enjoyed it and the cool breeze was a welcome bonus.

The Lindos Weddings team were there at every step on the wedding day to make sure everything went according to plan and I really could not have asked for anything more. We have wonderful memories from our dream wedding, and only wish we could do it all again.

8 years ago today! This was one of the best and most unforgettable days of our lives. It was everything we wanted and more and all thanks to LindosWeddings KarenHarvey. Guests still talk about it and say it was the best wedding they have ever been too. ❤️??

What can we say about our perfect fantastic wedding day in Lindos, it was the most amazing day of our lives, all thanks to everyone at the Lindos Weddings team, we seriously wouldn’t have been able to do it without you!

Everything right from the beginning when we first made the enquiry back in June 2009, to when we arrived in Lindos in August 2011, ran so smoothly. We always received regular emails from you throughout telling us exactly what was going on, you really didn’t leave a stone unturned. You genuinely made us feel like we were the most important people ever! We were never worried that something may go wrong, everyone we met through Lindos Weddings were so professional and so efficient (exactly what you need when getting married, especially aboard!)

Our wedding day itself on 24th August 2011 was perfect from beginning to end, it was everything we ever dreamed of. We felt that you had really listened to what we wanted for our wedding, and you didn’t push us into anything we didn’t want to have. We had a vision in our head of how we wanted it to look and be, and you made it come to life, but better! The flowers, my hair, the violinist, the musician at our reception, the decorations on the table, and last but certainly not least, the cake, basically everything, were all amazing. Our reception at the Lindos View was absolutely brilliant.

The whole day was such a surreal and beautiful time in our lives. All our family still talk about the whole experience now, and how great Lindos Weddings were, even my little brothers still remember little things from the wedding day, even as young as they were at the time. Tim even had the Lindos Weddings motto, ” A day of joy, a life time of memories” tattooed on his leg as a permanent memento. That is exactly what it was and will always be! Wish we could do it all over again!
